Rafael has extensive background in tax matters and experience advising multinational groups.
He focuses his professional practice on advising corporate income tax, VAT and international tax matters. Additionally, he frequently advises on tax investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
His experience includes advising a diverse range of clients, both national and international, including industrial companies from various sectors, multinational corporations, family-owned groups and private equity firms, among others.
Prior to joining Anaford, Rafael spent several years working for a leading professional service firm.
