Practice Description and Experience
Marta is part of the Spanish commercial law practice in the Valencia office.
She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, general legal and contractual advice, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and private equity advising national and international, industrial and financial clients. Marta has experience in negotiating and closing M&A deals and coordinating due diligence processes. In addition, she has advised on restructuring of business groups and the incorporation of joint ventures in different jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Anaford, Marta spent several years working for a leading Spanish law firm.
