Practice Description and Experience
María is Partner of the Corporate and Commercial Department. María’s practise focuses on advising Spanish and international clients on corporate and commercial law, corporate acquisitions and joint ventures, mergers and restructuring of corporate groups and debt, and general legal and contractual advice. Prior to joining Anaford, María spent several years working for a leading Spanish law firm.
María has been recognized with the award of Best Lawyers 2020, 2021 and 2022 in the field of real estate law.
In her career, María has advised on a wide range of transactions, including:
- corporate acquisitions and joint ventures;
- merger and the restructuring of corporate groups;
- commercial contracts;
- financing agreements and debt restructuring
