Gregory manages the U.S. practice in our Geneva office. He specializes in international tax and estate planning for individuals, including both “outbound” planning (U.S. persons living or investing outside the United States) and “inbound” planning (pre-immigration planning and effective structuring of U.S. investments and business structures). As an estate planner, Gregory designs and helps implement sophisticated and effective estate plans intended to preserve and transfer wealth across generations, as well as to pass on family values, ethics, and history. He works with various trustees in a number of jurisdictions to ensure that trust structures are both efficient and compliant under the complex U.S. rules which apply to trusts. In terms of business clients, Gregory advises on company formation and structures, contracts, on-going operations and buy/sell agreements. Over the past few years, Gregory has also been active advising international financial actors on FATCA compliance and reporting.
