Daniel specializes in private and commercial law.
He focuses his professional practice on advising in corporate matters, M&A, financing, refinancing and restructuring deals, real estate and commercial contracting.
His experience includes advising a diverse range of clients, both national and international, including industrial companies from various sectors, financial institutions, investment funds, private equity firms, multinational corporations, and family-owned groups, among others.
Prior to joining Anaford, Daniel spent ten years working for a leading Spanish law firm in its Valencia and London offices.
