Practice Description and Experience
Chloe assists the U.S. tax group with matters ranging from trust restructuring, cross-border tax planning, and multi-jurisdictional family wealth planning issues. A key aspect of this planning is the use of different asset structures involving insurance products, real estate, and precious metals. Chloe has also worked with individuals and families for residency and citizenship for our private clients.
Chloe additionally coordinates a significant amount of U.S. and U.K. tax regularization matters and various other legal and compliance issues for both U.S. and international clientele such as individual and corporate KYC coordination with international banks and the back-office organisation of escrow agent agreements.
Chloe has built a strong foundation of cross-border wealth planning knowledge that she employs across the broad Anaford client base and is currently working towards gaining the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management.
