Practice Description and Experience
Carmen is part of the Spanish commercial law practice in the Valencia office.
She assists the team on corporate and commercial law, general legal and contractual advice, as well as providing support and collaborating in different corporate transactions such as sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
